Edmund Dulac: A look at the tales

Just as it happens with everything else, my fascinations have shifted with the years and few things have survived those changes. Dulac’s illustrations are among the few. As illustrations they depend on what they illustrate, but every depiction affects what is being depicted and Dulac’s have a captivating beauty that enrich the tales. *You can find more of his work here.
